David Aizenstros,
Chief Executive Officer

David Aizenstros is an experienced executive and has held senior positions in telecommunications and paper industries covering engineering, marketing and sales. More recently, prior to joining Aquamill®, David was the principal of a consulting business and led a number of major consultancy projects, both at the industry level and enterprise specific arrangements. Whilst at Aquamill®, David has been instrumental in establishing a multi-discipline team to move the Aquamill® technology from the R&D stage towards commercialisation.

Peter Vudrag,
Executive Director

Mr Vudrag has an extensive career in management and administration and brings with him many years’ experience in marketing and market research from his involvement in a heavy machinery fabrication business located in regional Victoria. Mr Vudrag currently advises on investment and conducts research for a significant private investment group.

Dr Cong Li,
Chief Engineer

Dr. Cong Li is an experienced Mechanical Engineer having developed knowledge both on designing and manufacturing for water treatment appliances. She has worked on numerous multiple-million dollars projects in Australia and China with a focus on applying innovative technologies to achieve Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and to increased system efficiency. Within Aquamill, Dr Li designs thermal model and optimises the end to end system performance. She is also responsible for procurement management and 2D/3D CAD drafting.

Thanh Hieu Nguyen,
Mechanical Design Engineer

Thanh is a highly experienced mechanical engineer having developed numerous novel designs in spray nozzle technologies which has led to important IP for a number of organisations. He is also an expert in CAD design with particular focus on Solidworks. Within Aquamill®, Thanh is the key driver for the technical construction and design of the 15,000 L/day pilot plant which is being used to demonstrate the Aquamill® free surface evaporation technology that is key to decontaminating industrial waste water..

Ewison Yip,
Project Engineer & Purchasing Officer

Ewison was involved in the design and wind tunnel testing of unmanned aerial vehicles with the Monash Unmanned Aerial Systems team, which competed in the UAV Outback Search and Rescue Challenge. He has teaching experience in astronomy and undertook a Summer Science Research Scholarship with the Monash School of Astrophysics. At Aquamill®, Ewison is an integral part of the design team and additionally is responsible for procurement management.
